My ‘go to’ place for Garlic pizza is Casa Bella! Most places tend to lean toward being too dry, somewhat tasteless and chewy… Casa Bella have created the perfect balance of flavours with garlic being the hero rather than playing an understated cameo role. I always add capsicum, spanish onion and bocconcini… It truly is quite special.
*Side note, I had actually started to serve the pizza when I decided to take a photo so had to reassemble, as a result, the photo doesn’t do it justice.July 02, 2017
